Abstract

This research aims to analyze the new business owned by the company PT Infomedia Nusantara. This research uses the 8P theory (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical evidence, Public Relations). Apart from that, RDMS is claimed to be a technology that contributes to the environment. It cannot be denied that the large number of documents in physical form is sometimes difficult for companies to manage properly. Understanding this need, Infomedia, which is known as a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia (Telkom), offers a Record Document Management System based service called ProVue-RDMS. This service complements the back end process solution that Infomedia offers as one of the main services to customers. Document management is one element of company information management which has a management period of up to decades. The purpose of using this 8P theory is to make the results of this research more comprehensive and also more flexible. The aim of document management is to make it easier for companies or organizations to access, share and collaborate on their documents, while increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of files being lost or damaged.

Abstract

Hospitals are health care facilities that are required to create patient satisfaction. If the services they receive or enjoy are far below the standards they expect, then people will lose interest in getting these services or services. The mismatch between expectations and the services provided will lead to complaints and complaints from the public about the services provided, thus adversely affecting the image of the health care facility. The problem that occurs at Qadr Hospital is that it is difficult for patients to submit complaints about health services, although there is an assessment questionnaire in the form of a google form, the link cannot be accessed when the patient is at home so that user inconvenience can result in reduced patient participation in providing feedback, so that complaints that should be heard by the hospital can be missed, and hospital service quality has difficulty tracking and analysing patient complaints effectively so that it can hinder the process and service improvement. So that Qadr Hospital plans to create a website-based application that will be used as a medium to facilitate patients in channeling complaints related to the health services provided. In designing this application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method.

Abstract

Mangrove forests are a life-support system and have ecological, socio-cultural, and economic benefits. Monitoring trends in forest health indicators is carried out to control forest damage so that it remains below the loss threshold, thereby ensuring the sustainability of mangrove forests. The margasari mangrove forest is one of the ecosystems in lampung province that acts as a buffer and protector for coastal areas. A healthy forest is one that can carry out its functions in a real way, be they conservation functions, protection functions, or production functions. The margasari mangrove forest is categorized as a protected forest, so it needs to be monitored intensively so that its sustainability is maintained. The aim of the research is to determine trends in health indicators for the margasari mangrove forest in east lampung regency. The research was carried out using the forest health monitoring method, observing each tree in the plot clusters and analyzing ecological indicators including productivity, vitality, and site quality. The research results show that productivity indicators have increased by 1.716 m3/ha S-C and 10.31 m3/ha P-T, CLI has increased by 3.22 S-C and 4.86 C-T, VCR has decreased by 2.05 S-C and 0.01 C-T, and indicators of soil pH experienced a decrease in S-C of 0.002 and an increase in C-T of 0.085. The fluctuations and condition of each indicator are influenced by changes in the condition of the ecological indicators of the mangrove forest and by human activities and natural conditions that threaten the sustainability of the mangrove forest

Abstract

This paper highlights the transnational crime issues that have threatened Indonesia’s maritime security in recent years, then explores the possible challenges and how Indonesia has improved its response to these issues. Major acts that have affected Indonesia's maritime security include the Abu Sayyaf terrorist group, illegal actions by Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Singaporean fishermen, smuggling and human trafficking by Captain Bram, as well as drug trafficking that has developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. From the issue of illegal fishing only, Indonesia has suffered a loss of 477.33 million USD in 2014-2021. Many obstacles limit efforts to find solutions, a combination of internal factors such as Indonesia's lack of quality resources, and external factors such as maritime border disputes and the absence of clear definitions to assess maritime security conditions in various international cooperation. Our government has responded by initiating several national resource development plans, such as the establishment of Bakamla, implementation of presidential regulation no. 16 of 2017, developing infrastructures such as sea tolls and port renewal, as well as created cooperative relationships with various countries, namely Australia, the Philippines, Malaysia, China and other countries in the Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean regions. Consequently, a trusting relationship with good communication can be formed between Indonesia and other countries to address threats to maritime security and reduce the number of transnational crimes in Indonesian waters, although not yet in large numbers.
